4. Orders and Cancellations

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping to the United States on all orders. Shipments are sent via air freight from our facility in China, with typical delivery times of 7–15 business days. All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning no customs duties or import taxes will be charged to you.

SOLEADER is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Return Policy. Please contact us at vip.soleader@hotmail.com to initiate a return request.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
